From one trade to another and any other customer in between. Avoid using this company at all, they will take FULL payment from you and then drag their feet for weeks, fob you off with promises. In that time we had another trade pull out of rhe job, costing us more time. We had to down tools for weeks. Then when they owed us a refund, this also took weeks to return along with promises. Lesson learnt, always do your research on a company before handing over money. I have emails to prove all of the above. I wouldn't recommend this company to any fellow trades or customers.

Excellent service, in the shop, measuring up and fitting. This is the third time we have used Williams and Lamb and have been very pleased on each occasion.
