Poor service, missing items Awful. Previously good service from this company turned disastrous. Items appear on the website, but actually aren't in stock or have been discontinued. Staff can't be bothered to update the website. Two large orders eventually refunded after compla ints, the attitude being they would keep our companies money and send out the order "in a few months" if it becomes available. On the few items I did receive, took a very long time to arrive and this was blamed on the courier, however when the box arrived, underneath the address label was another address label that was incorrect. When raised a complaint and asked to speak to a manager, had an email back saying that I should expect delays "as there is a war on". Eventually received refunds. Would strongly advise caution when using this company, there are so many other excellent services out there, had the customer service been better, our company can overlook minor delays.
