Superlative customer service with a swift, friendly and personable experience, getting me a hard-to-find towbar part from a foreign supplier, and only too happy to help. It's lovely to deal with people who make you feel like a person, regardless of how much money you are spending. I wish every company had this integrity and level of principles, but Telford Towbars stand out in this regard and are easy to recommend. Thank you!

From the first phone call to picking up our Camper with the TowBar fitter was incredibly complicated from our end. It was well worth the trip from Liverpool though. Bill was super helpful and even rearranged for us due to a Funeral. Bill even organised an overnight spot for us to stop with our camper. There was one tiny issue on the day, the curtesy car not starting on the return journey but that was very quickly rectified. All in all very helpful team with great customer service. Very neat and tidy tow bar fitting with all fuse locations explained. Highly recommend.

Had a detachable tow bar fitted to my new electric Mustang Mach E. Brilliant job, and great service. They gave me a free loan car and a couple of passes to the ironbridge museum at 9am. We wandered round there but by 2pm we were driving away with the new tow bar and electrics all working perfectly. Very happy customer, thoroughly recommended.
