Saw that this company didn't have the best reviews I was still willing to spend thousands with them and they certainly didn't disappoint from placing the order to delivery. The service was excellent Andy kept me updated even out of hours the castles themselves are amazing and great quality and we're made exactly how I wanted them with theme and colours I plan on spending alot more with these guys in the next few weeks so 100% 5

Bought a bouncy castle after a donation to my community youth club (Apache Kids Club - Carey Hall Cricklewood) and delivery was as promised which was quicker than other quotes I had. I'm no expert but the castle looks great, feels well made and the kids love it. Check out the vibrant colours in the photo - there was a misunderstanding with the initial order (so please put your order in writing) BUT Andy trusted my version of the order and honoured it so fair play to the fella. I can recommend them but be aware they are in demand and I would buy from them again (but probably in years as this is going to last!)

Not even worth any stars. Only giving one because I had to. Absolutely shocking company and customer service. I decided to purchase a bouncy castle and ball pit set that was advertised as being all white. The ball pit was advertised as having '5 available' making you believe that they were in stock. When the products arrived, they arrived with RED stitching. This is not like the picture advertised (advertised in the photos as being all white). I immediately made contact with the company only to be fobbed off. Firstly, you go through to main reception and you are told that someone will call you back within 4 hours, well they didn't. I also sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction with the order received and that I would like my money back only to be told that this is what I ordered and would not be getting a refund. This continued and the MD refused to speak on the phone to 'keep this professional' - hiding behind the phone. The red stitching was also blamed on Brexit and apparently having no white thread available. Poor poor excuse as Brexit happened a while ago. Also tried to say that stitching colour is not advertised on the website and same with their competitors. If I order a white wedding dress, I do not expect that it would be made with red stitching? The castle was also made of 2 different materials and the stitching was of such shocking quality that you could hear the air escaping from it. It was not safe to be hired out. I did not receive an invoice for my order until after receiving the products and only because I had to ask for it, several times. I was eventually sent one and it was clearly backdated. After being fobbed off from pillar to post, I had no other option but to go through the Small Claims Court. This was February 2022. It is now August 2022 and I have finally got my money back. This was after the MD refused to co-operate and my claim was going to go through to trial. He obviously saw some sense and gave me a refund. Wasted several months of my time and potential custom that I could have had for my business - especially over the summer months. I would not recommend this company in the slightest and would suggest staying away. They are also very much clearly in denial and lying when they say that they have no customers in that name. I can assure you I was a paying customer.
