        Absolutely appalling, on every level! They sold me a faulty cooker. The element has blown, 11 times. Theyve only sent an engineer ONCE. Ive sent them proof of purchase, theyve lost it ! Theyre now refusing to exchange my cooker. Absolutely appalling, from a company this size, and a supposed brand leader. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

        DISCUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm only giving one star because I can't give nothing! After buying one of their. most expensive cookers, the frount knobs have all blistered & peeled. After so many emails & so many excuses later, this company won't replace them, the excuses were " the oven door was left open" the next excuse was "the wrong cleaner was used " ( what soapy water ) Really cross & disappointed.
