We are a canine hydrotherapy centre with an above ground pool. We recently refurbished our centre and order a new above ground pool from Syspal - hydro physio pool. As we are a small business we only wanted to be closed for a very short period of time. We dealt with Lisa at Syspal who has been extremely professional and helpful. The after sales advice and help is brilliant. Thank you Lisa for all your hard work and help.

As an International purchaser of the Hydro Physio I am extremely dissatisfied by the lack of support over a safety issue. Keeps passing me to there Distributer in Australia (this is only a distributor) Need help from the makers now....... Wish I could leave feed back for Hydro Physio can only vent here. Need to leave feedback to google as well, one star is way too much. Graham

If I could give zero stars I would. Lisa at Syspal was fantastic, if it wasn't for her we probably wouldn't have proceeded further. We spent c. 40,000 with Syspal for our new canine hydrotherapy center in Texas. We are from the UK and live between the two countries. On the whole happy with the bulk of our purchase however found that the external and internal ramps were not fit for purpose or as described - the dog can't physically walk up or down the ramps and there is a 7 1/2 inch gap between the two ramps. If you are a canine hydrotherapist I urge you not to purchase these ramps because they also come with a step up and down between the two ramps - this is not acceptable when working in the canine hydrotherapy industry. We are opening a new business so immediately we informed Syspal of this within 30 days of receipt but unfortunately after speaking with the Director Paul Roberjot, he was insistent that we fill up the pool with water to see if this would level out the 7 1/2 inch gap - we did not have the time to try and fix the issue and Syspal are refusing to refund the money for the ramps. Very disappointed with how this has been handled as it is clear that there are design issues - which have been confirmed in email by Syspal themselves. It is also a concern that Paul was unaware of the Consumer Rights Act of which I had to send in an email to him. Such a shame as we were looking forward to purchasing further items from Syspal AKA Hydro Physio.

We have 7 of the Hydrophysio aquatic treadmill units and we are very happy with the quality and reliable function of these machines. The engineer support has been fantastic and given that each of our machines service around 100 dogs weekly they are integral to our growth and success.
