We bought our house 2 years ago which had a viessmann boiler in. The boiler started to malfunction (December 2022) we had no heating and no hot water. We rung this company up informing them of this we also have small children in the home. They would not book us in until another 3 weeks down the line. The lady I spoke to on the phone didnt seem to give a dam about us having no heating for children and just said theres nothing she can do in her monotone voice. The day they were supposed to come (had to book the day off of work) they didnt even turn up!!! Then another 2 weeks went by someone came out and said the diverter valve and pump housing was damaged. He said he would order the parts so this can be fixed. January 2023 we rung up saying how much longer is this going to last we are still waiting for the part they told us the parts they have ordered are coming from Germany so there is a delay. February . March Today they fixed the boiler for us. I would not recommend this service at all! Absolute disgrace of a company leaving families to freeze over the winter months with no heating or hot water! Its a good job family live so close the stress and effort of trailing kids to families homes to be warm is just ridiculous! Service: Heating system maintenance

My fitting people left with no hot water working. They said the brand new boiler has a faulty component and need me to contact customer service myself. Viessmann's line is always busy and I cannot get hold of anyone.

Impossible to book a service to comply with the warranty conditions. UK after care is in meltdown it seems. There's no option on the phone line to book a service anymore, you have to fill in an online form and wait for them to contact you. Problem is they don't contact you. 6 weeks later still waiting. Emailed to ask what's going on and response basically said we are too busy - you'll have to wait. Whilst the boilers work fine, I would not recommend this company as I would be worried how long I would be without hot water and heating if it broke down. I would never have bought one had I know what the after care would be like.
