I wouldn't use this place again. I had trouble from the very beginning when the solicitor 'forgot' to attend my hearing and I had to attend alone. They have been unprofessional since, and I have just been ignored continuously. Staff members will email you and when you respond they don't communicate with you until you have to call in to find out they have left the company and no one was going to pick up on their emails or let you know what is happening with your case! Two members of staff just stopped responding to my emails only to find out they had left within weeks (which says a lot about staff turnover and how they are being treated). Months later and I am still waiting for a response, I had to contact the court myself and get an amendment on my court order, which they managed to do within a few days, so the problem isn't the court, it's this company. What are we paying for if we are doing your job for you? I have taken my complaint further with the Legal Ombudsman as the firm just ignore you continuously. Please save your self the stress and frustration and find a professional firm that actually care and turn up to your court hearings to represent you, not like Picasso Legal that take the money and ignore you. It really isn't acceptable, do better Lisa. Oh and not to mention, if you are being funded by Legal Aid then there is no chance they will even take your case seriously, you'll be at the bottom of their list. Appalled is an understatement. Worst experience I have ever had.

My solicitor has been Sophie Bhatti. She's been so compassionate , caring, understanding and overall respect her as much as I would my own mother. She's supported me for 3 years through court, and despite any hurdles we gave encountered she has stuck by my side and guided me throughout. Sophie has helped me with prepping what I want to say, to mental support on the day and after care. She has helped explain jargon that I didnt understand, and clearly break down what's happening to me. As well as Sophie, I know Lisa is always there to go to for support when very rarely, Sophie isn't available. This team has treated me like on of their own, have shown me more love than ever expected and helped shape the strong woman I am now. So thank you! I'll never use any other team!

Awful and inconsistent. Deadlines for orders just missed and then ignored when chased. Asked for information/updates/orders from court and again, pushed to one side. To top it off, if youre on a low income or you are awarded their services via legal aid, advise you try someone else as it seems no money no help. They will make your situation worse!!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid
