A nice firm to deal when I purchased a secondhand rideon mower. An obscure but recurring problem with the V belt drive was quickly traced and solved by fitter Nigel who came to my home from Wrekins workshops. A unique gesture of goodwill these days. Thank you.

incredible service---and I didn't even buy anything Admittedly I explained an awkward 'mowing' situation, but the lady explained that a mower would be no use at all to me, until I'd done a few other things first. Remarkable --I could easily have gone off with a mower and been dissatisfied with it.

I bought an Ego lawnmower online in March 2020 when we were in lockdown. The lithium battery was faulty and I was given contact details for 3 businesses near me who would repair or replace under the Ego warranty. I phoned Wrekin Garden Machinery as they were closest but the woman I spoke to said batteries don't come with warranties and, even if they did, Wrekin Garden Machinery don't do warranty work. I phoned the next nearest business - Brookside Garden Machine Centre in Shrewsbury - and they replaced the battery, under the Ego warranty, within three working days.

I phoned before taking my petrol strimmer to be repaired because of crona virus. Met staff at main gate. All staff very polite, friendly, professional. My strimmer ready the next day. Overall service was excellent I highly recommended this company for all my machinery repairs. One happy customer. Thank you
