Have called and spoken to a Connor. He said would call back but no reply. Called again and still no contact. Went via Greenthumb in the end as they answered the phone. I know there are both a franchise but they need better operators to retain business in a competitive marketplace. I wouldnt go to McDonalds and be ignored, especially if a Burger King is next door.

Do not contact Shropshire Greensleaves if you waht any wory doing. I tried to contact them 2 weeks ago by phone landine and mobile ,I left messages with my phone numbers on both phones and also emailed them on their web site and independently still no reply. Got in touch with Greensleaves head office in Huddersfield and they said they would contact them. I had an email from Connor Web the Shropshire owner on Mon 20 June to say he would call on Weds 22 June, waited in all day and no one came, this man has no manners to even say he wasn't coming or didn't want the work. STAY CLEAR OF THES FIRM THEY ARE NO GOOD.

I have been very happy with the excellent service that I receive every time I have our lawn treatment. I had a concern/query regarding my invoice, but it was soon resolved after speaking to the guys at Greensleeves in a very fair and professional manner. I would highly recommend them, keep up the good work! Services: Grass seeding, Weed control

In 18 months came 3 times. Despite arranging on minimum 12 occasions to come. Charged for one visit and didn't even turn up. When I tried to contact them to sort this out, they completely ignored my emails. Not convinced the grass has been any better with their minimal visits, especially the extortionate cost for Aeration and Scarification which took around 5 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this company or service to anyone! Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
