Ive had the best experience, from start to finish with choosing my new car. Kevin was very helpful he contacted me and made me an appointment for the next day, he explained everything I needed to know, and kept in contact with me in-till I picked up my car. Very prompt, polite and I even had a courtesy call as promised the day after collecting my car. I cant recommend him enough excellent service. Amanda.FF

Excellent service today from Furrows in Telford. Taken my Sportage in for its 2nd Service today, the team there are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, from Paul on the front desk keeping me regularly updated on the progress of the service, to the mechanics servicing my vehicle. Thank you for making my wait a very pleasant one.

Overall a good experience at Furrows. My new car was somewhat delayed from the original estimated delivery date, and my sales executive left the company prior to delivery. That said, the handover to my new sales exec was good and I was given a thorough run through of the car when I picked it up. Loving the car and happy with the experience With Furrows.

Last week I met James Pettener as I wanted to buy a new car, I'd seen a Kia Sportage on line and James was quick to make contact, we arranged a test drive, there was no hurrying and James was adamant I drove the car as much as I wanted to make sure it was what I wanted, we negotiated a deal for part exchanging and we were both happy, the car was serviced and mot'd and within 3 days I had my keys. I will definitely be going back to James in a few years time for my new one, I felt he was honest and informative and very patient. Thank you Jamed for making my car buying stress free.
