        We were looking for wood for a specific project and were recommended to try Alliance by another timber merchant. The gentleman who dealt with us was very pleasant and found us exactly what we wanted and at a reasonable price. Excellent service - worth using independent businesses.

        We are absolutely delighted with the wooden porch provided and installed by Alliance Joinery Ltd. The workmanship was second to none, and customer service excellent. Since we had the work completed, we have had many people comment on how fantastic the porch looks, and have been asked for details of who supplied it, and we have had no hesitation in recommending Alliance Joinery, and will continue to do so. Thank you Dave and your team, from one very happy customer.

        Very bad service, some trades men think they can treat Joe public with no respect, Dave being one of those people. I had a quote to have a glass banister fitted. Dave cancelled on the Thursday, as I had booked a day off work to wait in. I was then told he would come on Tuesday and had to book another day off work, only for him to make an excuse and told me he was ill and would phone me when he was better. That never materialised. You expect better of people who live and work in the Telford community. Cheers Dave, not good Jockey protocol.
