Then they decided they couldn't do the work, because of technical issues with attaching a partition to a tiled floor with underfloor heating.
A month or so later, they came back with a solution which had been proposed by one of their suppliers, but at a much increased cost.
I accepted this, and provided a purchase order in December. Now, early February, after repeated attempts at contact to get a date to begin the job, they have just notified us that they are unable to complete the work in the foreseeable future because of an increase in workload.
Very disappointing.
Avoid if you need work done in the foreseeable future.
