Sacred Healing Centre

I've recently started a truly life-changing course with the Jo at the Sacred Healing Centre. Despite, living 100s of miles from the Centre, I'm still very much part of the group experience via Virtual Video call, each week. It feels as though I am in the Centre itself. Jo ensures I can see and hear the group as well as the group being able to hear and see me. Jo also maintains a personal and engaged interaction with me, as if I were with her, in person. Using 'Virtual Video calling,' has enabled me to access an experience I wouldn't normally be able to access. I'm truly grateful 'Video calling' has been an option, and one which has not impinged on my experience of the course. Thank you.

The Sacred Healing Center is a beautiful, safe space for anyone wanting to reconnect to their inner spirit and to the natural world around them. I've been attending for a few years now and I can honestly say that I have noticed such positive change in everyone that attends the center regularly. Joanna is truly a wise and wonderful facilitator/teacher. I feel truly grateful that I discovered such a special place.

Meditation I joined an evening meditation with Joanna at the Sacred Healing centre which felt deeply restorative and extremely nurturing. The space nourishes the senses with healing sounds and scents helping ease a frazzled nervous system. Joanna tunes into the needs of the class and offers movement practices to release physical tension in the body before leading a guided journey to offer deep relaxation. The journeys as well as offering relaxation manage speak to a deeper, intuitive part of ourselves that feels extremely enlivening. By the end of the meditation I felt totally renewed. Joanna holds such a safe space with a compassionate heart. She is gifted with using words magically, so the guided journeys really can take you towards your own intuitive wisdom.

The centres work is priceless, there are no words to really describe its work. We often look outside for healing and distractions hoping things go away in time. But the actual truth of the matter is the real healing starts from within. The support, guidance and healing I received to date has been incredible. I have learnt that the power to heal is within me, I am the one who controls how I want my life to be. The power lies within and to tap into that power the sacred healing centre is the place you want to be. Start your journey of healing and be the person you want to be. The real you is waiting for you.
