        Dear Sally, I've been getting so many compliments since my last appointment with you that I thought I should stop taking all the credit and pass on some appreciation to the person who's actually responsible for my new look you! My hair looks and feels absolutely fantastic and beautiful. I'm so grateful to be in your capable hands. Your advice,as always, was perfect. You are a very talented stylist and a rare gem.         Called just after Christmas to book an appointment for nearly a month in advance, no one answered the phone, left a voicemail asking someone to call, called a second time after 1 week of no reply and still no one got back to me. I was hoping to book in my partner as an early birthday present. Wouldn't recommend trying, this is meant to be my local hairdresser but will go elsewhere.
