The changing room used to be split slightly before so I could change with ten other men without having to look at naked men. Now its just one open space meaning its a free for all.

I went to have a look around as it's closer to my home than Nuffield health. Unfortunately the girls on the front desk on a Sunday afternoon were unwelcoming and made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I shouldn't be there.
The show around was nothing more than 90 seconds of "the gyms in there, ladies changing room in there and the pools through there".
Couldn't or wouldn't answer any of my questions. Was more concerned about gossiping with her 2 friends who were sat on the sofa.
Shame really as I would have taken out a membership and I would have got a friend to join also.
But so glad that Nuffield health is truly inclusive and welcoming to everybody who walks through the door.
