        Never been treated so inhumane in all my life. Legal action is being taken.

        Made the mistake of asking a staff member at this place for some help to be spoken to extremely rude. Luckily I have a witness. Made a complaint but they didn't even respond. I couldn't make one appointment due to isolating and when I caught covid a 2nd time I was told to still attend because you can 'only catch covid once'. Have screen shots as proof as was on a journal. Luckily I'm off it now and I'll never use them again.
