Our daughter and son in law had their wedding at The Shropshire on Saturday and it was fabulous. From the time they booked their wedding, Sam and her team have been so helpful, responding to questions immediately and nothing has been too much trouble, which enabled the couple to really enjoy the run up to their wedding, without any stresses concerning the venue. All the staff on Saturday were brilliant and the sit down 3 course meal was delicious, as was the buffet during the evening reception in the marquee. The organisation was exceptional and any requests from the Bride and Goom were happily carried out by Sam and other staff. Being a dog friendly venue, their dog was even able to join the couple for a photograph. The evening reception completed a perfect day with a brilliant DJ who played the perfect range of music as well as special requests. The photo booth was also a huge success and is a great way to get memorable photos of all the guests. We can not thank you enough for helping the couple and all their very happy guests to celebrate their special day. Debbie and Craig.

Had 2 course Sunday lunch. Food & service really good. Jake looked after us, although it was obvious that the staff were rushed off their feet. Just one small criticism, the vanilla custard was very thin, more liquid than custard. Played football golf before lunch, nice course layout, but some of the previous guests left a load of cans, bottles & rubbish making the layout look very untidy. Perhaps install some bins! Mike Jones
