        I am a fan of the Co Op and have used every one in Telford. This particular store needs to have a serious word with the elderly ladies on the counter. They look like they would rather be anywhere else and have zero customer service skills. I don't expect much.A simple "hello","please","thankyou" will suffice and maybe a smile. It is a close call between this store and the Donnington one for surly staff I realise these old women have probably been there since god was a lad but they really need to be pensioned off.
