        Very poor Customer service shocked the way they behaved took payment in full before we received our flowers today.I collected Flowers today 23rd April 22 and showed my partner who was absolutely devastated with their presentation and poor quality of flowers.I called the shop and was advised by them to bring them back and she would sort it. I took the flowers back and was greeted by an arrogant and rude response from the owner poor Customer skills and not prepared to offer a refund.Me and my partner get married in two days and this wedding means the world to us having recently returned back from Afghanistan and used what I earned there to pay for this ,,feel let down !!!!
