        goods ordered on 30/4 reported missing first thing on 2/5 and had to chase on 10/5 to not be offered any kind of compensation etc. With bank holiday, still leaves 5 working days to fix, they just don't care. Best of all, the response was "well we are crediting you original order" (to then charge me for the replacement!!)

        i'm just reading some of opinions and really don't understand, why there are written with pure hatred...that's it's not a independent opinions more like atack witch it's strange to me. Im dealing with Enta/GNR for around 2 years and i never had any problem, Staf working there care for customers, its always helpfull and give good advice to match you expectation all the time. And what the Director did ? its epic because he actualy manage to save the company restablish it and make it run again and also safe some of the work place, Thats was amazing job in my opinion.
