Ordered 2 bathroom windows 'like for like'. Very competitive quote. Work was very professional and tidy. The team came on time firstly to measure and quote and then the fitting was done when agreed. I will use them again.

I visited the showroom in order to make an appointment for someone to give me a quote for replacement doors and windows. The woman working in the shop was clearly not interested in getting all the details and I felt she couldnt get me out of there quick enough. She took my mobile number and said that she would call me with an appointment. Two weeks later I still hadnt heard anything so called again. She finally got back to me with a date and time but nobody turned up. To be perfectly honest I couldnt be bothered to call them again. They clearly dont need the business and I would rather have the work completed by a professional company.
