        Terrible experience from this company rang them for a quote 3 times, my neighbour popped into the store and asked the same thing atrocious not one reply ! Should not be in business

        Truly appalling customer service and fitting. We had a front door fitted in August for 1400 and been plagued with problems ever since. Response from owner is beyond terrible and have never had a response from him in 8 months since fitting. The door handle has fallen off 4 times and last two times was literally stuck in with glue. Current door knob shown on the photo below. Have complained to manufacturers and given the name of Trotfield and am awaiting a response. Beside the door handle the door is also portly fitted and sits outside the frame about .5 cm. Again never had a contact from the owner. It cause unnecessary stress and stress. STAY AWAY!!
