The worst window company in the UK 100%. All my windows had to be reinstalled because they had no foam fill in any of the windows or doors.

Door and surround supplied by Wrekin, but frame is distorted and it turns out the door is distorted too!! Result is a door that either cannot be locked (defeats the objective of a door) or that closes with gaps which allows draughts through (defeats the objective of a door). This is a replacement for a door and frame that were both distorted, resulting in a door that could not be locked or that had gaps. Poor quality work all round. Would avoid at all costs.

Windows are great until the locks stop working. I've got a window that doesn't close. I've got two that doesn't close properly as the weight of the window is too much for the hinges. I've got a draught from two windows and a glass door. 10 year guarantee , not worth the paper its written on. Not willing to sort these issues out. Update. After several months of trying to get this sorted I have finally given up. Don't buy windows from this company if you want the guarantee honoured or if you want widows to last more that a year. To be covered by the guarantee you need a specialist to come and lubricate the locks and handles every year and you need to keep a service history of all the work. Talk about loop holes. Apparently normal people are not qualified enough to spray a bit of WD40 on the locks and handles.
