Lawley medical practice is unfit for purpose I now understand why they have not got any positive reviews totally unacceptable response from the unprofessional receptionist who cannot answer a simple question or tell me I cannot get a one on one appointment with a doctor total shambles

Sadly.. I am at a loss when requiring a Dr service.. different number , not on list ..you name it I'm told it ! I give up ! I worry that I may become just a number ...headlines woman found dead in home .., holding onto phone ...waiting far Dr to answer or receptionist ! ? I wonder , is this a deliberate ploy to get rid of patients ? Hope they will go away ! ? Well , you've got your wish , I'm giving up !

Amazed this "Practice" has an overall rating of 2.1 tbh. Absolutely disgraceful level of service that will only continue to worsen as there will undoubtedly to the new intake from the latest Housing developments nearby. I have a life changing Injury, I don't expect to receive special treatment but to have to wait over a Week for a Doctors' Callback (not appointment as you have more chance of a audience with the Pope...) tells its' own Story...... The most incredulous thing is they actually think that they arrogantly believe they are doing a good job........

Went to the hospital came out with a letter to the doctor for cream for my left eye which is bad and very dry . i explane to the receptionist it was urgent she said it would take 3 day and she would send it to the pharmacy next asap went back the next because I was in pain she said it will be done in the next 20 mins that was Friday morning just phoned the pharmacy Monday at 1:30 pm and they have not received any prescription what can I say is this normal .I will be complaining to the hospital its really poor form.

Wait 30mins to get through to book a routine appointment to be told, call back later as we don't have anything available yet the appointments haven't been released.
