        Gents toilets urinals out of order cubicals filthy

        Don't try the cinnamon buns they are awful...dry and resemble cardboard packing...very stale...coffee good though

        Visited on Saturday, all available tables were filthy, had to clean our own. The male colleague who served us was surly, looked as if he would rather be anywhere else other than there. Paid six pounds for a small jacket potato with cheese and a tiny side salad, my daughter had a warm chicken roll that was dry and tasteless, the coffee was good but that was the only plus, come on M & S, pull your socks up!!

        I went food shopping today and there were two ladies both called Sarah who were amazing. They went above and beyond to help me with my shopping and open a till up especially for me . Thankyou ladies so much it was truly appreciated and see you real soon... if you know you know ladies
