        Never open! The amount of times I've gone to drop off parcels and the shop has either been completely shut. Apparently today they closed at 3????

        Both google and their own shop door says they open at 6:30am. 2 team members were inside and ignoring me for a good few minutes at the door at 8:10am. I knocked and they shouted that they werent open. I pointed at the 6:30am on the door and she just shrugged and said she might open at 8:45am. Might. Ridiculous

        We are sorry to hear that customers feel inconvenienced by our opening and closing hours. This is due to a severe staff shortage. We are two staff members trying to cover the hours of six staff. We are working hard to do the best we can in difficult conditions.

        Since a recent change of staff there appears to be no set opening and closing times. I've had 3 wasted journeys in the last 2 days. Unacceptable service.
