We recently asked Signal Computers to look at two issues: a potential problem with our hard drive and an inability to access the email system following a Windows 10 update. When we contacted the company by telephone, Crawford provided clear and transparent costs of picking up and returning our laptop together with initial investigations and then additional costs of potential further work and different types of hard drives, if required. In the end he resolved the hardware issues without the need to replace the hard drive and solved the problem of access to email. In addition, he provided sound advice on solutions to remove the future problems of accessing email and updates, together with background information on how we might improve the performance of our systems. His reporting and supporting information are excellent both verbal and written. He has a calm and confident manner and he is very thorough. Whilst we have some knowledge of IT/computers, he would be ideal for anyone who is nervous about computer related problems. In our opinion, he provides an excellent quality and cost effective service. We will be using Crawford in the future to assist us in moving to an improved email system and will contact him immediately over any further problems we have. It is very satisfying to highly recommend a local company.

I recently had some problems with my Office 365 Account and I was finding the assistance from Microsoft long winded and complicated but Crawford sorted out the issue very efficiently and straight forward, problem solved and I was back into my account in no time. I highly recommend Signal Computers.
