The latest time I sent it for repair, they were supposedly awaiting a part which apparently never came, every time I sent it, I was told to try and get a refund from my retailer (that's a whole other hassle!), my retailer did finally agree to a refund but now ithinkIT Limited have had my tablet for 4 months, my retailer requested it be sent back to me, I've been asking when it should arrive back with me for 1 month and been told twice it would be sent back and I would be emailed when it was dispatched. I still don't have it back or an email or any kind of update, the only times anyone has updated is when I've asked what was happened, NEVER use this company.
