Highly recommend! Ive had lower back issues for many years. Apart from being in pain, it would impact on my fitness training (running and gym). Now, after regular treatments with Charlie, my back is feeling so much better to the point Im able to begin marathon training for a race later this year. My spine and muscles feel so much looser, and other random aches and stiffness I put down to getting older have eased greatly - thanks Charlie.

I have recently been attending appointments with a very painful shoulder and neck. I put off going to a chiropractor for ages and wish I went sooner. The difference I have felt in the last few weeks is incredible I'm able to do more activities that I have been avoiding due to the pain. It's like Charlie has super powers! He makes me feel comfortable and explains everything. Definitely recommend this place 100% can't wait for my sessions everytime because of how well its working.

Its hard to put into words just how much C4PH has changed my life. For so many years I was taking conventional meds, had numerous scans and even 2 operations which, sadly, did not help my condition. I used to wonder what C4PH did, wondered if they could help me and, my only regret is that I wondered for far too long! I truly cannot believe how well I felt after undertaking a course of treatment and just as importantly how that feeling of wellbeing has gone from strength to strength. The vertigo medication that I took for almost 20 years has thankfully been consigned to the bin. I had genuinely forgotten how it felt to feel well. From the moment you go into the reception area at C4PH, the ambient atmosphere (somewhat ecclesiastic) is where the healing begins. It is so calming and gives me the opportunity for a moment or two to collect my thoughts before the treatment. I have the utmost confidence that I will come out walking tall, worries diminished and on the right track. It's like a reset mode has been deployed for me! I cannot speak highly enough of Simon Pierce and his entire team.
