Terrible reheated days old food. Rice dish was cold in places and warm in others. Lacked any fresh ingredients or spice. Crab soup didn't contain any crab but was a thinly sliced fish flavour stick. Very disappointing.

Food arrived very fast and hot. Only critism is that the sweet and sour spare ribs were very grizzly. Everything else was perfect.

Absolutely terrible. Mixed Veg fried rice was bland and just full of onions and beansprouts. Mixed Veg Chow mein, again mushrooms, onions and green peppers, not what I call mixed vegetables considering the price of it! Also there was a weird spice heat like a overly strong black pepper - vile. The spring rolls went in the bin as they tasted raw. Duck chow mein, again was bland. If it was actually duck, there wasn't much of it. What a waste of 31. Have used Easy Happy now and again for about 20 years. Has it been taken over by new staff?! I will NEVER order from here again.

To celebrate my husbands birthday I ordered as a treat steak and chips . Some confusion as to availability of the dish but finally agreed and duly delivered . One mouthful told me that this was not the delicious meal I had received before . Beef strips not an actual piece of meat , weak oniony gravy. One mouthful was enough . Even my husband who eats anything said it was awful and not worth the 10 per portion charge . The online version menu differs from the new version too . A great disappointment . Went in the bin and cooked a sausage sandwich instead. Used to be delicious food but we will not be ordering again.
