        Booked and Paid for two surveys over the past year.Very Satisfied. Requested a third in march 2021 by text, whatsapp and tele message. No response. Was completely ignored. The Worst of customer service, felt like I was left in a dark cupboard!

        Helped My Dad Out Massively My dad was in the process of buying a new house and needed to get a survey done on his now home. At short notice DCB were able to accommodate his request providing an extremely thorough report within 5 days, resulting in my dad getting nearly 10k knocked off the asking price. Amazing service that will be recommended.
