        Wow! We ordered a meal for Valentines Day and it was amazing! Food was delicious and Markus was so helpful and responsive. Will definitely order again in the future. Highly recommend! Thank you Bearded Chef!

        Markus catered for a birthday party dinner for 10 people.at a holiday house we were staying at for my birthday. I was sent a menu beforehand and was able to pick a couple of options for each course for my party. I chose the fig and mozzarella salad and scallops with chorizo butter as: starters, a wild mushroom risotto and lamb shanks as mains and toffee apple pudding and crme brle as desserts. Everything was delicious and the whole thing was seamless from start to finish. Markus turned up when he said he would, cooked an amazing 3 course meal (plus canaps and chocolate truffles) and left the house even more spotless than before hed arrived. He also brought all his own crockery and cooking utensils and his helpers were brilliant! Would definitely recommend Markus if you are looking for a private chef.

        Wow how lucky were we to be able to get The Beef Wellington with trimmings. The Beef Wellington was amazing. Packed full, excellent piece of beef, the flavours were out of this world. The pastry was short and one of the best. The black truffle potatoes were creamy, seasoned beautifully, plenty of truffle too. The asparagus was fresh. The gravy elevated it again to another level. Be fast if you see another one up for grabs..... I will race you for it.

        Amazing private dining experience for 4. Marcus wowed us with our fishy menu choices. All cooked to perfection and totally delicious! And to top it off, the table was laid, dishes cleared and kitchen left spotless! A must try experience and well worth the money! Thanks Marcus for an evening to remember. Hope to see you again soon.
