Due to changes in working patterns, we required more office space, in addition to the study. Joz designed a bespoke office in an unused area of our house that is perfect for my needs. The desk area fits perfectly and has been designed to accommodate by computer, printer and filing system. He also suggested utilising the space above the working area with handy shelving that I wouldn't have thought of. It looks amazing and I always get compliments on the use of the space. I asked Joz to assist with this, following a great job he did, erecting a massive balcony fort climbing structure from Dunster House. My children have had hours of fun! Thank you Joz.

Joz fitted two external cupboard doors for me six months ago (April 2022). After a while I had to call him back to fix some minor peeling. Now after just six months there is major peeling/lifting of the finish but when I contacted him he said it's wear & tear and refused to come back to even look at it. After arguing on the phone he hung up on me and blocked me on communicator.. Deal with this guy at your risk! UPDATE FOLLOWING RESPONSE. In reply to Joz's response l would like to firstly point out the not so important point that it has been six months, not seven, since Joz fitted my doors (fitted 14th April, complaint raised 3rd October). More importantly is the fact Joz says he received a phone call in which I was screaming and shouting which is nothing but a blatant lie. The truth is I telephoned him following a conversation via Messenger where he had already refused to come and even view the problem. The call did develop into an argument but at no time was I ever screaming at him. And in fact he did raise his voice at me too and made it difficult for me to get a word in. He implies the problem with my doors is superficial but that is simply not the case as the grain is lifting as well as the coating peeling. I have since been advised by professionals that Spruce wood coated with Rustins Quick Dry (water based) Woodstain are not good choices for outdoor use yet these were the materials selected by Joz and therefore I assumed at the time had been selected for good reason. At no point did Joz state that the stain would need re-applying every year, although I do know it has to be maintained but after only six months is simply not acceptable. I do now wonder how the company could possibly live up to its misleading name of Jozs Fine Finishing As for his attempt at psychology and suggesting I need anger management I can only assume he doesnt realise my wife is a Doctor of Psychology and would soon make it very clear if I needed any help in this regard. Today we had the brilliant Joz in our home not the first time,but again this young man cannot be faulted ,amazing work and a pleasure to have in anyone's home,well done and highly recommend
