Similarly to a fair few who apparently visited this webuyanycar, online valuation was lower than some but at just over 5k was acceptable. However, they knocked it down to way below 4k on inspection and then when I stated that was lower than the valuation previously given, he agreed to up it to nearly 4. Not to mention the guy 'spoke to his manager' about the fact the engine warning lights (that I got fixed following a prev valuation) were now off, as he clearly didn't believe I'd fixed it even after I showed him an invoice, which i had to actually then forward on to even get the valuation. I didn't accept valuation and sold it for over 1k more shortly after. So, issues are a) if the engine lights are off now and I've shown you the invoice maybe believe me, b) the valuation given after inspection no longer reflected the value of the car (given valuations elsewhere by reputable places and the fact I followed on to sell to another car purchaser for the exact amount valued originally online by webuyanycar) c) if on disagreeing with the valuation, it can be improved by hundreds then clearly the valuation at the start was too low and was basically trying it on. Overall if you wanna sell your car for a fair price with no haggling and no hidden fees, use any other means sorry. It was a pretty bad experience all in.

The process was seamless. It was made clear to me before the appointment what documents I needed. I read the small print and was aware of any extra charges. I was a total of 30 minutes. From arrival to selling my car. The price was a little lower than the internet price, but still good. I would highly recommend the service Money in my bank when I got home. I am really pleased.
