        I went to this particular branch to withdraw money and was refused on the basis that my account had been blocked with no justifiable reason. There was no reason to being able to withdraw my money especially when i had my proof of address and photographic ID on me. I will be taking the matter further and going to the Ombudsman. The staff were extremely rude to me

        Lovely friendly staff. Very happy with them at Telford. All Covid19 precautions have been adopted and I feel safe when visiting. Only issue is the opening times are not really that convenient for anyone with a job. That is however a head office decision and not a branch one.
