Have been a customer for over 15 years however after today i am no longer a customer as I have now shut all my accounts as clearly Leek don't want my money!!!! I went to pay into a saving account today and was told that this was a unnecessary use of the bank time as i was paying into a saving account and was ask not to visit again until lockdown was over. It is not ideally for me to have cash at home as me and my other half both work as we cant work from home so me paying cash in is essential to me and Leek is the closest bank with out going to town, however leek would rather I went to town paid the cash into my current account and transfer it over total joke. I have today closed my accounts. What makes me laugh is during November lockdown you had no issue in me paying in on number of times and also open a number of accounts with you. I shouldn't be made to feel like a naughty school boy for wanting to pay in and that how i been made to feel.
