Excellent customer service only carries out work thats necessary. Dale will tell you if there's anything that props up that was initially unaccounted for, whilst the bike is being inspected & serviced where it is deemed necessary for the safe, efficient operation of the bike: to see if you are happy for the issue to be fixed whilst he's working on the bike.
Dale's no fuss and, straight to the point manner makes things much more straight forward from a customer perspective, as you know what's going on: and NEVER tries to upsell anything you do NOT need unlike competitors.
