        I also use the Telford store for my supplies. The staff are always friendly (Lisa and Fay) & helpful if a product isnt in stock they go out of their way to locate it or let me know when its arrived. I would recommend the store

        Payed a visit today to be told I wasnt allowed in the store because Im exempt and cant wear a mask because its the rules of the boss. I am absolutely disgusted, Im positively sure this is illegal as it is discrimination because I am exempt.

        What has happened to the staff? We must have been one of the first shoppers after closer since COVID-19. The staff used to be so friendly & helpful. Not now! I couldnt find something in the shop & asked where Id find it. It was a member of the public that helped me, not the staff. Couldve wait to get rid of us.Shame I really liked shopping here before. I guess its back to Shrewsbury and Salon Services, Castle Forgegate for me.
