I'm not one to write anything dirogatory on FB and I've always said "Never lower yourself to someone else's standards HOWEVER today is my first. The service I've recieved from this Business in the last week or so has been appalling. Without going into too much detail, this Business lost my dress (2 days before my big event) which was in for an alteration. I gave them the benefit as accidents happen. They promised to re~imburse me the cost to buy another. I recieved no communication from them all week and no payment which I had to chase. THE CISTOMER HAVING TO CHASE THEM!! I never went to the event and furthermore had to go out and purchase another outfit and shoes for another party this weekend which was considerably more money, therefore I was out off pocket. All week I've chased this Business for MY money and was promised it by Friday then Saturday But to no avail. I then recieved a call on the morning of my party to inform me they've found the dress and WON'T be paying me anything. To add insult to injury they offered me a free beauty treatment and said to quote " we'll alter the dress free of charge as a gesture of goodwill" REALLY..... Thet didn't actually grasp the extent of the situation at all. I'll be collecting my dress this week and never to walk back in it again. This is not how you run a Business & treat Customers. I don't want any payment from them and I hope they live with their conscious
