Lip filler *** First time I've ever won a competition and boy I'm glad I tagged the whole of West Midlands! After having a bad experience 5 years ago ( not through snobs! ) I totally gave up but when I saw the competition and also being a client at the salon for other hair/ beauty treatments I thought why not! Purnima was so incredibly professional, confident and made me feel really comfortable even getting myself involved throughout the process. Purnima gave me step by step info throughout and amazing aftercare treatment! I've never known anyone to handout aftercare which by the way is super cute! 5 years ago I suffered from real bad bruising, lumps, and a nasty scab appeared! It's now day 6 and I haven't stopped looking at myself in the mirror! Just proves how talented Purnima is and how she treats each client as an individual!! Will 10000% be booking in again! Thank you so much

Have had several services from here, including a facial too. Have booked snobs for all my treatments prior to my wedding and used before and after that too. Purnima is highly professional, friendly and gives good advice when your not sure what it is you need. I have recommended her to all my family and friends and they have all been extremely happy with the services they have also had too. Keep up the amazing work.
