        at a private christmas function, we requested "Work Remix" by A$AP Ferg, a classic. the Dj played a selection of garden variety christmas and everyday bangers, but "Work Remix", a staple of any party, was absent. we requested it again and were received with no enthusiasm, no regard for the people who had gathered exclusively to hear a monument of 2010s trap. I understand the song was released in 2013, which is ancient history in terms of popular music, but this Dj played Labrinth and no one alive cares about Labrinth whereas A$AP Ferg remains the only remotely consistent member of A$AP mob everything else was cool though
