Attended a wedding here in August 2022 (24th Aug, Weds evening) and having spoken to the groom recently about how much it cost him, I am shocked at the cost in relation to the overall event and what was provided. 1) The inside decor looks fantastic however externally it's not the best aesthetically looking and is in a run-down industrial site. 2) the food, which was their own venue catering, was awful! So bland, cold and simply tasteless. When we mentioned it to the waiters, they did nothing. Food is crucial at a wedding and you'd think a place that boasts about lavish venue etc etc, they'd have great food. 3) the service of waiters/waitresses was terrible, so clueless and all over the place 4) if you want poor sound/music, again this place provided that 5) cuttlerly was dirty 6) toilets were a mess 7) foyer is nice but pointless having a nice marquee in the foyer with very bare minimal seating 8) the outdoor barbecue they pride themselves on, isn't all that at all. Overall, for what this venue costs as a package to have a wedding here, it's shockingly poor. Might look great on pictures inside etc but overall you definitely do not get what you pay for; this place isnt the cheapest therefore you'd expect the best which they were far from. There are far better venues which cost less but who are renowned for better food/overall service.
