        Once the bank of choice. Now got to be the worst possible bank. Staff are rude, ignorant, unpolite. Makes me laugh the signs they have up about staff will not tolerate rudeness or aggressive customers. You wouldn't need such signs if you gave customer service!!!

        Dont go to this branch. Poor customer service, with lack of knowledge. Laying to people. The best will be to have a current account and dont have any questions. The best will be avoid the Barclays Bank at all.

        Just been dealt with the most rude and arrogant member of staff called Ceris how she ever got a job there i will never know. She obviously needs to go back and learn customer care if I could rate it lower than one I would do.
