Very disappointed with this service The cashier refused to process a cheque I was paying into an account after I had queued she advised me to use the Machine in the wall instead. But Isnt that part of your job role. The machine didnt take the cheque in the end and i queued again. Another cashier was helpful enough to pay in the cheque. Please improve on your customer service and re train on equality.

Very helpful and reassuring during a difficult time. They know what they are doing, are in control of the situation best they can be. Staff opened the door and customers were instructed to use hand sanitizer as they entered. At the time of my visit mask were not mandatory.
