The cashier refused to process a cheque I was paying into an account after I had queued she advised me to use the Machine in the wall instead.
But Isnt that part of your job role.
The machine didnt take the cheque in the end and i queued again.
Another cashier was helpful enough to pay in the cheque.
Please improve on your customer service and re train on equality.

Staff opened the door and customers were instructed to use hand sanitizer as they entered. At the time of my visit mask were not mandatory.
