Staff friendly & helpful. Service slow. Portion size very small!!! Over priced and very disappointing. Very disappointed would not entertain going again!!!

Staff totally over run, although all tables booked out instead of booking what staff could manage. Caught the attention of our tables server and got asked do you want bill? No we want to order dessert. Maybe she thought get us to pay up one less table to attend or maybe she was so run off her feet that she couldn't remember who was at what stage of their meal. Not good will definitely think again before booking.

Unfortunately the best thing about our visit was the fact I could use my student discount as I would never have paid full price for what we had. Overcooked, dry burger (nothing like the image advertised) my partner had the wrong meal given to him, we were only a table of 4, I had pre booked and we were placed next to the draughty front door with two small children. Both children had the same meal yet their beans arrived half way through the meal, and both in completely different sized pots. Service was extremely slow. I did feed back about my meal to the staff member however was not offered anything - no replacement meal, nothing off the bill. She even looked at it and agreed with me that it didn't look great. First time at tgi's in Telford and won't be going there again, have never had that experience in others which we use regularly. So hoping it was a one off maybe everyone was just having a bit of a bad day but we left feeling pretty disappointed and underwhelmed.
