An first class response to the need for the replacement of a domestic air source heat pump. Stag were responsive, analytical, and, when let down by the manufacturer's delivery arrangements, more than patient. The updated system they recommended and the installation, works exactly as expected. All site visits were on time as agreed and the they were a pleasure to have on site. Service: Installation

We used Craig and his team from Stag to install an AC unit in our bedroom and we cannot fault the service we received. From the initial contact for a quotation to the completion of the work they were extremely helpful. The installation has been carried out in a very professional and neat way. The cleanliness of both the internal and external work was to a very high standard and on completion the inside of the house was as clean as it was before they started. They were all polite and courteous through the installation. The team at Stag Services have been a pleasure to have working on my house. I chatted to Craig very early on in an extension and loft conversion process, when the house was still in bits. He was prompt in coming to look at the job, gave sound advice and was flexible when plans changed part way through. Communication has been excellent - I highly recommend these guys!
