I have just received a set of court mounted ribbons housed in a beautiful engraved oak box. I am absolutely over the moon with these so much so I will order a second set of framed medals to keep and pass on to my family. Thank you for the service. BZ Robert

After leaving the military 25 years ago my two gongs were well overdue a re-mount, plus I'm attending a black tie + awards event while on an up coming cruise so need a miniature set. I sent my order quite late, I let Empire Medals know when I needed them for and they landed on my DZ right on time. Perfect

Great company, I ordered 3 Medal ribbon bar. Really quick response to any questions that I asked, and overall really good customer service. Speedy delivery and a really good quality product. Thanks, I'll highly recommend.

Not great, after placing order I received a message detailing the extended time for delivery. I contacted them as my order was to be a Christmas gift. Had they said they could not do it in time I would have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere. I was reassured that it would be sent out in time. It was not. Gutted, would not recommend.

Good quality supplier of medals unmounted at a good price, but services offered are not up to standard. Ordered a frame in July that still hasn't arrived despite two promises kf being sent the day after I called. And the "buckram" supplied for a set of minis is the wrong size
