Best Takeaway Chinese vegan food options in London!

I don't understand what's going on with most takeaways these days, please get new chefs because you can't keep taking people's money and giving them terrible food. Me and my partner ordered the house special rice with gravy The pork took us a year to chew it The rice was undercooked The chicken was definitely going off but they tried to cover it up with a few fresh pieces. We ordered of just eat I also have words for them as they are letting businesses on their platform with out doing any type of food quality check?

Not good at all to be honest. Ordered using deliveroo- deep fried tofu was very overcooked and ultimately rock hard. Sweet and sour chicken balls were also overcooked and strangely tasteless. The dip for the balls was very vinegary. Egg fried rice was overcooked too and had started to form clumps of startch balls. And again- oddly tasteless. Plus prawn crackers were stale. Its like they didn't even try. Basically sitting here with a plate full of inedible food and a feeling of regret that I wasted my midweek take-out budget on food thats is not going to get eaten. Oh, and I asked for 2 cans of coke and got diet coke.

Ordered ho fun beef soup, came with tiniest bit of soup and beef and so much Ho fun. I literally ate tasteless dish. Awful food and my other dish came completely spilt all over the bag because it was not packaged properly. Would never order from here again.

The staff there is awful. I wanted to see the large and extra large containers before ordering but both containers were dirty, one of them had food in it and the other one had something weird stuck in it. He then proceeded to shout at me when he showed me the extra large container. When the food was ready, the first fork he gave me was dirty as there were bits of something grey/green stuck behind the back of the fork. The prawns in my dish were not fresh and I barely eat them because the restaurant looks very unhygienic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. Dirty, rude employees and the products they use are not fresh.
