I really enjoy Ivona's classes which I strive to take on a weekly basis. It helps my muscles relax after different workouts such as weight training and cycling. The sessions have also helped alleviate my achilles tendinitis which have not recurred as of late.

I've been attending to the classes with Ivona on weekly basis and I'm really really pleased with these classes. Ivona provides us with different set of exercises so the classes are never boring. She listens to our needs (or complains about the pains :) ) and arrange classes in a way to focus on painful parts of the body. As an active person, I think these classes helps me a lot to release the tension and I can see additional benefit while working out in the gym. I learned how to breathe properly and now other excercises are so much easier to do! I strongly recommend Ivona's classes :)

Ivona is fantastic and such a professional teacher! She has been instrumental in helping me alleviate my upper back pains which has been nagging me for many years. Ivona has been helping me strengthen my core muscles on our weekly sessions and I can definitely notice the difference. She also a very patient teacher - she would always make an effort to explain and show you the correct postures & breathing exercises if I get into a pickle. She is a fabulous instructor and super cool. I would highly recommended her Pilates session (Ivona won't disappoint promise ). Mel A x

Brutenis Jusaitis
I have a 15mm disc protrusion in my lower back. I could barely walk and the only thing I could sit on was a kneeling chair. Ivona's classes helped me to significantly reduce the symptoms and get back mobility. She is a real expert, definitely recommend.
